| Description: | This position is key to keeping the Health and Beauty / General Merchandise section of the store clean and stocked for our customers. The position is also highly focused on customer service. Successcul candidates will be able to multi-task and be able to function well in a fast-paced environment. |
| Duties: | Key responsibilities include the following:
1. Stocking shelves and ensuring product is properly rotated.
2. Greeting customers in a courteous manner and assisting them in finding items as needed.
3. Unloading and sorting cases by pallet or aisle for stocking.
4. Counting and recording items for inventory.
5. Price marking / labeling items for sale.
6. Changing shelf tags and and price markers on displays.
7. Keeping not only the immediate work area, but the store as a whole clean for customers.
8. Keeping shelves neat and orderly using the "face front" display method.
9. Handling customer concerns in a courteous, professional manner.
10. Operating case cutters in a safe manner.

| Qualifications: | 1. Excellent customer service skills are a must for this position.
2. Basic reading and math skills.
3. Ability to address customer concerns in a polite, professional manner.
4. Able to perceive color differences in product labels.
5. Able to open and stock merchandise in a manner that avoids damaging the product.
6. Able to listen to and act on verbal and written direction.
7. Able to tolerate long periods of standing and walking, as well as repeated bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., twisting, and squatting on a daily basis.
8. Able to climb ladders up to 15 feet high. |
